Logging In

To use the service Prescribers must be in possession of a Personal Identification Number (PIN) and password. If you do not have a PIN or password, you will need to contact your service commissioner(s) who will request a PIN on your behalf and communicate it back to you after it has been generated along with a password. Prescribers should only ever use their own PIN and not allow it to be used by anyone else. PINs will only be issued to staff who have received relevant training. Prescribers should ensure that their line manager is informed when a PIN needs to be deactivated.

Upon first use and from time to time, you will be prompted to change your password. There are rules governing length and complexity of passwords and these will be displayed at the time of the password change.

Please be careful when entering your password, if you enter an incorrect password too many times, your PIN may be locked to deter fraudulent use. After this you will need to call or email (from your registered email address) your local service centre and provide your PIN, name and answer your registered secret question to get you PIN unlocked. The contact details for your local service centre can be found by clicking on the ‘Contact Us’ link on the header bar. Failing this, a PIN may be unlocked by request from your commissioner(s) or contract manager only.

Please enter your PIN and password then click the login button.
